And so it begins... as a prototype for now!
Well, well, well. I took my sweet time, but here it is, my blog, on the internet (or is it "in"?). Last year I made my own site (not the first site I"ve created in my life) and mentioned something about blogging.
I wanted to have my own place to speak my mind, to not care too much about my image on LinkedIn where everyone keeps hooraying over AI or are so professional, that my imposter syndrome kicks in too much. But here, I am my own master, I"m free and what"s the most important part - I"ve built this with Drupal.
I spent many years on working with Drupal, but I didn"t have much time to use it on the private side of my life. Not to mention, I got sucked into React world a few years ago, so I wanted to get back to my "IT roots".
One of the goals I had for August was to do a blog prototype and I didn"t think it"s going to be that fast with Drupal CMS. The hardest part was getting my local ddev and composer to work together. I"m always slow with these stuff when I"m on my own. On my work macbook, everything is setup, there are processes on each project and it"s generally more plug-and-play (unless you"re lucky enough to get some unexplainable erros). But I made it work somehow, now I need to set up some server, get the domain and release it to the world.
Where are the Recipies here? Is there some slick minimal theme for me to download or do I need to do that on my own? I guess we"ll see!
